Order Timeline

If we have the necessary supplies on hand, we can begin crafting your jewelry immediately. We try our best to always keep enough materials on hand to begin orders quickly. If not, we may be delayed by 1-4 weeks while we either produce the piece or order the necessary components. 

Rush Orders

If your need is URGENT, we recommend calling our studio at (888) 441-DIVA prior to placing your order to confirm the anticipated turnaround time. We always try to work with our customers to provide a timeframe that accommodates their situation. Occasionally, rush orders may incur a nominal fee, but we try to avoid this if at all possible. 

Shipping

Default shipping is USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-3 business days to arrive. We have found it to be a very reliable shipping method. USPS confirms delivery only, not in-transit details. Thus, for more specific tracking options or rush delivery we also offer ground, second day and next day delivery options through alternate shippers. You may select your preferred shipping method in your Cart.

Green Diva is not liable for lost or damaged shipments. If you want to offset the risk of shipping, we recommend adding shipping insurance to your order.
