At times, products listed in the online shop may have inaccurate information due to data entry error.  In this case, Green Diva will clarify any misinformation it becomes aware of while processing an order.  Green Diva will contact the customer who placed the order with the accurate information.

Products, accessories and related photographs listed in the website to represent both goods sold and those provided on a complimentary basis may not display completely accurate visual data due to the variations in monitors and the editing required for such photographs to appear clear when posted online.  Customers who have received a product that they feel is disimilar from the photograph listed on the website may return, exchange or modify the product according to the Return Policy terms.
