Returns

Orders may be returned for a full refund, minus shipping, or exchanged for another item within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery with a receipt. All returns and exchanges must have a Return Authorization number.  Custom design and refashion orders do not qualify for returns, however, they are covered under the repair policy.  If you are disastisfied with a custom design or refashion order for any reason, please contact us and we will address your concerns promptly.
