Return & Repair Policy

Customers may return or exchange any jewelry created by Green Diva, undamaged and with receipt, within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or exchange equal to the amount paid for the jewelry, minus shipping fees. In order for a refund, credit or exchange to be granted, all products returned must be in unworn and original condition; marks, scratches, blemishes and other signs of wear deem the product non-refundable. Likewise, the item must be returned with any packaging provided with the original shipment, including jewelry pouch or box, polishing cloth (when applicable) and any other item that came with the original shipment. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping, when returning an item for a monetary or credit refund or other exchange. Original shipping charges are not refundable. For exchanges, Green Diva will charge shipping fees and price differences, when exchanging for a different product, to the credit card used in the original order.
All sales are final for gift certificate, custom design and refashion orders and no refunds can be granted. Jewelry that was not created by Green Diva, but was repaired or refashioned by Green Diva, cannot be returned for refund or credit.
Repairs
Green Diva will repair any item that is damaged for the life of the product. Complimentary repairs exclude shipping costs and material replacement costs. Please note that Green Diva does reserve the right to withdraw this warranty if it is believed that a customer has intentionally damaged a given product or is unfairly taking advantage of this service. Due to the limited availability and one-of-a-kind nature of gemstones, pearls and other earth-made or vintage materials, on occasion, certain materials and components may not be replaceable. In this instance, Green Diva will offer alternative options for the customer to choose from.
Refashion jewelry and products, which is any item that is made or remade from materials previously owned by the customer, are excluded from lifetime repair. Green Diva cannot guarantee the durability of such items, as they did not originate with us. However, Green Diva will repair any refashion product within 90 days of the ship date complimentary, excluding shipping and material costs. This same policy applies to any Green Diva limited edition or one-of-a-kind jewelry made from vintage and limited edition materials.
Please note that due to the nature of handcrafted jewelry, some items may require re-stringing after a few years. Items that were strung with natural materials, such as silk or cotton for example, may deteriorate somewhat over time and need maintenance. Green Diva's lifetime repair service will cover such maintenance for the customer, excluding the cost of shipping and materials.
Return Instructions
Prior to sending any products back to Green Diva you must receive a return authorization from our office. Complete a return request form to receive authorization. Upon authorization, return instructions will be emailed to the customer.
Shipping Issues
No refunds will be granted for custom, refashioned and repaired jewelry; even if the item is shipped back to Green Diva marked “return to sender.” If a customer refuses to accept, sign for or pick up a package through the shipping carrier, any additional shipping costs incurred by Green Diva will be passed on to that customer. (In this section, "repaired jewelry" refers to jewelry that was not manufactured or created by Green Diva, but rather owned by the customer and simply sent in to Green Diva for repair, refashioning or maintenance.)
Inventory Availability Disclaimer
Green Diva rotates inventory regularly and cannot guarantee the availability of jewelry components or materials at any time. Natural, organic and vintage materials, in particular, will change often due to the unpredictable availability of such components. Thus, if a piece of jewelry cannot be repaired using the same components or materials, alternative options for replacement will be provided to the customer, from which they may choose.
Natural Materials Disclaimer
Although Green Diva takes great care to select only those pearls, gemstones, metal components and organic materials that appear dense and durable; we cannot guarantee that these elements will withstand the limitless effects of normal wear and tear or exposure to chemicals and the atmosphere. After all, these are naturally occurring materials over which we have no control. If a gemstone is carelessly handled or accidently mishandled, it is susceptible to cracking or breaking. Some gemstones, if overexposed to direct sunlight, have the ability within their chemical composition to change color or tone over time. This occurrence is not inevitable, but rather possible. Mother Nature has a will of its own and it is one which can be admired as it magically brings variety to elements of value. If damage or an undesirable change in state occurs to one of your gemstones or organic materials, contact Green Diva to discuss options for repair and replacement. Likewise, jewelry strung with stainless steel wire and genuine silk may not last a lifetime, depending on how often it is worn and how carefully it is treated. Please contact us if you feel an item should be inspected for restringing. Silver, when exposed to the atmosphere, may tarnish over time. If this is not a result you desire, be sure to seal your jewelry in an air tight container and follow the tarnish prevention instructions in the jewelry care guides. If your jewelry becomes tarnished, there is no repair necessary. Green Diva will instruct you as to how to restore the jewelry to its original appearance.
Additionally, all gemstones have a slightly unique look. Even gemstones of the same kind will have natural variations from one cut to the next. Due to this and the different color tones that may come across a computer monitor, your jewelry may appear slightly different from the picture on our website.

Green Diva reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of this policy at any time without notice. Green Diva reserves the right to decline any refund, exchange or repair if it believes that jewelry was damaged as a result of direct intent, negligence or misuse.
